juvi chameleon

my 7 month old panther nosey be chameleon has a dual prelapse heme penis. both of them have come out into his vent and I am wondering if it's worth it to get them amputated if they wont go back in? and how much this procedure would cost?

Not being a Vet myself I have no idea how much the procedure would cost.  I would take it to a qualified Vet for an examination at the very least that way they would be able to examine him and give you a full work up on how to proceed if I am not mistaken the vet may also be able to push them back in so to speak as I have heard of them doing so with other species.
