my turtle urinated and there was a white  thick stuff with it never done it before what could it mean

How long have you had your turtle?
When amphibians, reptiles & avian (birds) excrete urine, it is in the state of a solid called Uric acid.  This is how their kidneys work & filter out water.  This is very normal for this to happen.
How much uric acid was present, was it a bright white or an off white?
