Question
QUESTION: hey tracie ummm we started shedding a bit now... on his face around his eyes... hes a bit less active right now :( but i guess thats how it is when they shed... humidity is 60% and temperature varies around 75-83 degrees... i have a water dish.. vines.. bark... for him to climb on... i believe mayb he was trying to shed and did retain it in a couple spots... the shed is going decent right now is he supposed to b active still?

ANSWER: Hello Zain,

That is good he started shedding some.  This usually does affect their activity, most of the time.
The humidity is pretty good at 60%.  What is his basking temperature?  Are you using a digital probe or a temp gun to measure that?  He does need a basking spot of around 95-100 with a cooler area of around 78-82 or so.

QUESTION: i have a digital probe in there right now  ye thats what i have it around right now

ANSWER: Hello Zain,

Ok, a digital probe is good so you do need to increase the basking temperatures slightly.  Is it placed directly under the basking light?

Just so I can a better analysis of him.
I think it could be gout, yes.  If not, it is retained shed that has caused necrosis of the tissue & it is dead tissue.
Ok, 96 is pretty good now, just keep the humidity to the 50-60% range.
