can-o-crickets?

May we feed our bearded dragon can-o-crickets instead of live ones?  They are found at the major petstores and claim to be an acceptable substitute.  Our beardie seems to enjoy them...

Hi Sam,
Of course the live ones are better and more nutritious but you can offer the canned ones also.  When your beardie is bigger, they enjoy a treat of the can o grasshoppers!! Using the canned insects, gives you a chance to offer variety in insects.  Don't forget to offer the "dark leafy greens salad" daily!!!
