bearded dragens

i have a bearded dragen he has come up with a big lump in his mouth and all he is doing is sleeping.

Answer
 Lumps should always be looked at by a good reptile veterinarian.  Infections must be treated properly, Lumps could also be due to tumorous growths or injury.  Around the mouth will affect the dragon's ability to eat properly.  Do not try to treat this yourself.

Sleeping can be a sign of discomfort or be as simple as brumation, the natural dormant state of a bearded dragon in winter.
