me my dad and my two brothers are going on a canoe trip down the sant marys river and one thing that really scars me is them getting bite by a cottonmouth i have studied animals eversense i was a lil baby and know alot about snakes but what home made or nature mad thing can i use to keep them away while were camping or swimming and thank you agian cant wait to hear from you

Hi Tripp,  Im sorry, but my area of expertise is limited to Uromastyx, which is a type of lizard.  Try googling your question.  I am sure a good camp fire will keep most animals at a distance.  Try doing some research online.  Im sure u will find ur answers.  Good luck and have a great time.  Cathy
