leopard gecko not eating?

Hi, i've had one of my leopard geckos for two years and she's been very good at eating but she stopped eating for a month, then i gave her two warm baths, she ate for two days then stopped again. She hasn't eaten for another week, please help! (Shes on reptile carpet, so no impaction and i feed her mealworms.)

Is your female leopard gecko housed alone?
Has she ever laid any infertile eggs that you know of?  
Do you have a small dish of calcium powder in the tank for her?
Do you have any pictures of her that I could see?

She could have worms & or parasites which is probably a likely culprit.  You can go ahead & start to feed her some chicken or turkey baby food with a plastic dropper or syringe to help her out right now.
How many mealies do you feed her?
