ANSWER: Hello Cody,

Are you going to get the lights at the store or online?
How big is your tank again?
Here is a site where you can get the Reptisun 10 UVB flourescent tube light.  There are varying watts, depending on the length of the light.  You need the UVB tube to go 2/3rds of the length of your tank.

Only get the Reptisun 10 flourescent tube light.  Do NOT get the compact or coil lights.  Do NOT get any Reptiglo 10 flourescent tube lights or compact or coil lights, or any Zilla or ESU UVB lights, either.  They are all just cruddy & a waste of your money.
The price at pet mountain is around $20, whereas at most petstores you will pay over $30, sometimes $40 for the same light.

The brand of the Reptisun 10 UVB flourescent tube light is Zoo med.

The basking light you just need to go to your local hardware store or Home Depot or Lowes & pick up a nice bright white halogen flood light, around a 80-90 watt light & that should get the temps up to the optimal basking temperatures.

QUESTION: ok so i need a long uvb light, a normal uva lightbulb, and and floodlamp light about 80-90 watts, and anything else?

Answer
Hello Cody,

You just need the Reptisun 10 flourescent tube bulb, & a halogen flood light for the basking light, that is it.  The halogen light provides UVA & so does the Reptisun 10.  The Reptisun 10 provides UVB & UVA both together so there is no need to get any other light for the UVA specifically.
I think those are the last couple of things you need for him.  :-))
