I have some eggs that are white and have some transparent spots on them are they good eggs or not?

Eggs with 'windows' aren't particularly uncommon.  So long as the entire egg isn't decalcified (which usually indicates it's a slug), these eggs may indeed be fertile, and hatch.

You will want to keep a close eye on them, as the windows are more vulnerable to bacterial and fungal problems, which can kill the embryo.
