i got some of these for my beardie and i was wondering r there bad? i mean he seems to love them but i really dont know. alot of things that they like can be bad like mealworms.

Well, personally, I don't use canned foods for our dragons.  They tend to have too much stuff in them, & can cause dehydration in some cases.  There have been cases of illness that were associated with canned foods.  Some of the cans were too old possibly & they ended up with terrible stomach problems.
They tend to like live feeders much better.
