Question
Hi Tara, my alot of people have been offering me advice for my new Pac-Man frog and every tip i get is different. I need a expert! Im in some trouble ive had my frog for close to 3-4 days now. He wont eat fish i so far. Also when i bought the tank lid it was a fish bulb so it supplies no heat whatsoever. Some people are telling me to buy a Fluorescent light and others are telling me to get a undertank heater. I also know i need to have a light that the frog can see in. They need a 9-12 hour day period. The reason im saying this is because some bulbs you know reptiles can not see. I need one that reptiles can see and provides heat so i get a 2 for one. His cage is pretty cold so i need to do something. I have a mulch type grounding in there making it easy for him to burrow. He is a baby but im thinking about trying to give him the smallest pinkies i can find. What do you think about all this?

Answer
Easiest way to take care of a baby pacman use moist paper towels as substrate change them if not everyday atleast every other day and put a shallow dish of water in the enclosure with them.  Food wise take the back legs off the appropriately  sized crickets and feed the frog with forceps.  I wouldn't jump the gun on feeding it pinky mice yet wait til it gets a little size on it.
