ANSWER: Hi Ren,
Sounds like a very tiny baby, and if it is a native species, you'll have to check with authorities as to the laws of the area if you can even keep a native captive, even temporarily. Native babies really should be allowed to stay in the wild.
As it is, since you did not provide the state or country where you live, I would not be able to identify the species and give you specifics regarding care.

QUESTION: I am sorry. I live In Columbus, Oh not to many native species that I am aware of here. And I found it in my living room under bookshelf. No one in my apartment building keeps any reptile to my knowledge.
AnswerOk, Ohio, just may be a baby eastern fence lizard, and they can be found in the wild from Canada, all the way down to Southern US. They need a 20 gallon tank with a proper UVB light like a Reptisun 10.0 and a houshold bulb in a cermaic dome light for bright light and heat. A 60 watt should do.
Some shelf-liner for the bottom of the tank makes it easy to clean. And they eat crickets and mealworms. For such a tiny baby, 1/4" crickets will be needed. I would suggest you contact the Greater Dayton Herpetological Society, perhaps there is a member in your area who can verify the species for you.
