just want help with i think weird behavior, him sure i have a male and female not 100%, anyway i put the female on my bed and she was waving her arms for about 20mins and also bobbing, and i looked in the tank and the males neck was dark black and he was just bobbing really fast and continuous, i opened the tank glass and he immediately jumped out of tank on top of her, and continued bobbing and she continued waving and bobbin, i didn't want 2 disturb them as they might of got angry with me, i don't think they had sex as he didn't get under her tale as she ran away but he continued 2 get on top and he even bit her neck any help of suggestion please, many thanks

How old are they?  
That is definitely mating behavior so if you are not wanting babies, I would suggest keeping them apart.  
The male normally bites the neck, before he mates with her to help place himself on top of her.
Have you confirmed their sex for sure?
