Question
I recently bought a female leopard gecko, and when I bought her she was in a tank with a male and another female. In the shop she seemed to be active, but lately she's been hiding in her little cave and not eating. Is there a chance that she is depressed? I'm not sure if that's possible, but I did everything that I was told at the shop and she hasn't eaten any crickets or meal worms I've given her and it's been over a week. I'm really concerned.

thanks.

Answer
Are the temps in her cage where they should be?  They are not "active" animals by our standards AND they are nocturnal.  So make sure you feed at night.  If you want to watch get one of those red lights which allow you to see but don't disturb the gecko.
