-----Question-----
I have a baby bearded dragon named flint. He just shed his skin and right after he did a patch of brown appeared on his chest up to his beard, is this normal? Do i need to see a vet? Is it part of his shedding process?
-----Answer-----
How young is the baby?  Is he old enough to bathe?  It just may be that he accidently laid down in his poop.  If he's old enough for a bath, a gentle scrub with a soft toothbrush wet with dish detergent, then a good rinse might remove it if it's dirt or poop. If not, then a visit to the vet is in order.

Answer
Again, the older the baby, the easier it is.  Holding the dragon so he lies comfortable on your palm with his hind end facing you, lift up the tail. Just above the vent you will either see two bumps side by side (male) or one single rounded bump (female)
