Yellow Lined Plated Lizzard

My 5 yr old brother was holding our lizzard and he accidentally dropped him on our wood flooring. He since has been squeeking sometimes when he breathes. He is eating fine.

Hi Nicole, His airway must have been affected from the fall. Sqeeking usually means the air is being partially blocked and the airway has narrowed. Hopefully it is just a temporary swelling that caused it. It is a good sign that he has continued eating. I would avoid handling him for several days  to let him recover.
A veterinarian would really be your best option to assess any injury.
