Need more explain on Bearded Dragon

Question
Hey there again.

I know I asked some of these questions once but I need more help.

I want to help my Bearded Dragon shed his skin, is there anything I can do to help?

My Bearded Dragon is not eating his veggies. How can I make him eat it. I've tried the breaking legs of crickets. It doesn't work because the crickets just crawl out of the bowl.

I want to bond more with my Bearded Dragon. Once again, I say that he doesn't like me. :( Is there any to bond with him/her without scaring him/her.

To check if it's a boy or girl is to check under the tail right? It's because I'm not sure but I think it's a guy.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Answer
1.giving your beardie a bath...this is a good way to help their shedding... Also, misting them will help.  Best to not  mist them too much when they are in their tanks as you don't want to get their tank too wet..Never try to pull off shed unless it comes off with no effort at all.

2. Try using some wax worms or superworms in the food...if the superworms aren't too large for him that is...
Also, don't be afraid to with hold the insects from him. I don't think you ever told me how big or how old your beardie is... depending on his age, he may be able to go even a few days with no insects.  Have you tried offering only one green?  Have you tried offering grated butternut squash?

3. He will get used to you.it takes time...
...Be patient..and gentle...Just spending time with your beardie and being careful not to scare him with sudden movements, etc.. Don't make sudden movements that will startle him and cause him to possibly jump from your hands.  Allow him to climb on you when you are sitting and just talk calmly and softly to him.  They are generally social little lizards that enjoy human company.
