iguana heat stroke

what do you do if your iguana has had a heat stroke?

I'm guessing you mean medically and don't want a tongue-in-cheek answer like buy a new one...  I doubt there's much that can be done-rest, fluids, etc.  Call the vet and ask.  But generally speaking heat stroke or overheating in reptiles causes permanent damage.
