Question
Hi,

I have three anoles, and i'm 99.9% sure that I have one male and two females, they have been getting along just fine, they live in a 40 gal. tank, blah blah blah and today (12-26-09) i noticed a small white thing that looked like a tic-tac.I would like to know:

1) is it an egg?

2) if so, how do i tell if it's fertile/alive?

3) do I need to keep it under certian conditions?
answer soon please,
Hunter

Answer
Sounds like an egg.  Some ppl simply leave as is and some ppl protect them.  DO NOT try and remove it.  What you can do is tape a small plastic cup or dish over it so the parents don't trample it.  As long as it remains white it should be fertile.  Good Luck!
