Help Please ???

Question
Ok I have a Bullfrog Tadpole and well He just formed all his Legs and well Now I Need Help .. How much water should he be in , Can I have raise him in a Tank. I have him in a Fish Bowl That Fill with about 3/4 of a Gallon and well Is this too much , Is this not enough and should I put him in the Tank now or wait longer ?? He still have a Tail but all four Legs..
I would Very Much appreciate anyone's advice or Help
