bearded dragon ill

izzy   hi i have ordered a reptisun 10.0 uvb tube light, she isnt having a great deal of critical care food about a syringe full throughout the day as she gets a bit stressed and seems she has difficulty swallowing so i dont like to give her too much, the problem is she is turning herself upside down and as i do work i cant watch her all the time and am afraid as she cant turn herself back over, she has completed her course of antibiotics now and still no improvement, the humidity at the moment is 27% but never goes over 50%. I have attached a pic of her now.

She is a little cutie.
She does appear to have metabolic bone disease so I am glad you got that light ordered!  I hope it gets there fast for her.  
Are you going to be able to mount the UVB light inside of her tank, underneath of the screen top?  It needs to be 6-8 inches from her, alongside of the basking light.

I am sorry she is having trouble with swallowing & flipping herself over.  Did the vet do a blood test, or no?  Make sure the critical care is thinned out enough to where she can swallow.  
I would recommend getting some liquid calcium also to help her out.  
Try taking things out of her tank that she can climb so she can't flip herself over or hurt herself.
