Question
I have a bearded dragon and I want to get another lizard is there another
type of lizard that is compatible with a bearded dragon?

Answer
Hi Darius, I would strongly advise against it. Beardeds are not good candidates for mixed species enclosures. Both genders can be quite territorial and capable of severely injuring or killing a cagemate. Introducing animals that are native to different parts of the world also presents a threat of disease for both animals. It usually also means that at least one of them is really not in its optimum environment.
The best tank-mate for a bearded is another bearded of similar size but they must be either male and female or two females. Even then it is best to introduce them to each other in neutral territory first and under supervision for the first couple days.
