my lepord gecko is sick

"my lepord gecko has a foot infection i think what should i do? I got it a couple of days ago and it s tail fell of and now its foot looks hurt. It came from an abused owner. he/She put a rock on its foot it looks like the gecko has lost a few of his toes what should i do to help her?"

Answer
 Get her to a good reptile vet who can treat her for infection, proper wound care and antibiotics.  The vet can then tell you what to expect for this poor girl.  Lots of love and attention and good food and environment and good vet care may turn her around and you'll have a sweet friend.
