Question
at my local petstore my helper sold me a moonlight bulb.he said to use my uvb light and the moonlight bulb during the day and at night to turn off the uvb and only use the moonlight bulb. So i tested it out a night to see how it would turn out. when i checked the temperature at 4 in the morning the temperature was still at 85 for the hot side and 76 for the cooler side.is that too high? also i bought a undertake heater but i don't think it works very well because when i stuck the sticky side on the furniture and put my hand over it while plugged up i felt no heat being emitted.it was already stuck to the furniture so i left it there put my tank over it and used the bulbs. so my question is should i keep the moonlight bulb on at night or should i turn it off?

Answer
A regular incandescent bulb will do fine during the day.  Beardies need bright light to bask and get warm enough to eat and digest.  Just get different wattages so you can get one that will warm his basking area to about 100F.  The moonlight bulb is useless.
