Answer
He does not appear to be any kind of purebred. Rabbits breeds are not as different in appearance from each other as many dog breeds are, so it can be very difficult for even experts to be able to tell what cross a rabbit is. Even dog people have a hard time being sure about crosses and often get them mixed up. If you can tell me his weight, I can give you a little better guess as to what breed(s) might be in him.

Also, feel the fur. If you stroke it backward, does it snap back into position pretty fast or does it sort of gently roll back into position? Rolling back would be a sign that he likely has mini lop, holland lop, french lop, or netherland dwarf somewhere in him. If it snaps back into position, it could be any one several different breeds. The fact that he is spotted does narrow it down a little, too, though. He probably is either part french angora, english spot, holland lop, mini lop, french lop, mini rex, rex, or satin, as those are the most common breeds where spotted is a showable colour. He does have a bit of a narrower face and body, so that could point toward being part english spot.

However, it is quite possible that he is very much mixed. His parents could have been crossbreds, his grand parents could have been crossbreds, etc. It is fairly common for that to happen with rabbits, if they are not purchased directly from a show breeder. A lot of pet store rabbits are very crossbred.
