Bathroom issues

My Holland lop dwarf was just neutered..except only one testicle.. the other 2 weeks prior bc one hadn't dropped as the doctor thought it had. Now my bunny will poop and pee outside of his cage but not inside. He always went goods inside and also marking territory outside pretty surgeries.  Do I need to worry if he still goes outside the cage?

It's not clear from your email whether he still has a testicle or not. If he has a cryptorchid (undescended testicle), then he will continue to mark and exhibit hormonal behaviors.

Not sure what you mean by "do you need to worry" if he still goes outside the cage.  Worry about what?  His litterbox habits?  His safety?

Please clarify.
