She bites my boyfriend in his back and chest area and me on the knee area while we're wearing clothing. The more we move or scream the more she persists to bite and the harder she bites, How do we get her to stop doing that?

That is an odd behavior. I would say that she is behaving like a young puppy. To break her from this, every time she starts biting, put her down, and ignore her for a few minutes. If she is behaving in an appropriate way, that is not biting, then reward her with petting and praise.
