Answer
Dear Tammy,

Please read this immediately:

www.bio.miami.edu/hare/poop.html

and find a good rabbit vet here:

www.rabbit.org/vets

You MUST get a sick baby to the vet immediately upon any sign of runny stool, or the baby will die.

There are many reasons this could be happening, but because I don't know the housing situation, I can't say.  Be sure the cages are *very* clean and dry at all times, and the bunnies have a good, safe diet:

They must not be weaned before they are eight weeks old, or this will continue to happen.
