Answer
Sorry for the somewhat delayed response. I was not feeling well yesterday, so I did not get online.

Rabbits can shed at any time of the year, not just the summer. Usually they shed during the heat (late spring, summer, or early fall), but that is no always the case, especially if the rabbit is inside. Some breeds (especially netherland dwarfs, mini lops, holland lops, and a few other breeds) do often shed in huge clumps like that. Keep brushing, and it should go away as long as the rabbit does not have fur mites (it sounds more like a heavy moult to me, the way you describe it, than fur mites).

Grey spots in the eyes can be normal depending on what they look like. Do the spots look like they are stitting on top of the eye, or do they look like they are part of the eye colour? Grey spots that look like they are on top of the eye can be the start of cataracts.

As for the diahrrea, you will have to watch them closely. Check underneath them near the tail area to see if either one has kind of runny (or dried runny) poop stuck to the bottom. That would be the one with the diahrrea. Make sure they have plenty of fresh grass or timothy hay to eat. Also make sure the food you are feeding them does not contain sunflower seeds, corn, or little treats in it. It should just be pellets. A lot of pet store feeds contain a lot of little treats that can actually be bad for rabbits.
