Disqualifications

Question
My broken black mini lop buck has black ears and butterfly and black around eyes. but his whole face a black. You can see the butterfly only because of a thin white line  that outlines the butterfly. Is having that much black a DQ? Also he has a black blankey but at the  bottom it looks steel. He has steel background. Is that a DQ?
