RE baby rabbit

Hi Pam

I know you havn't had chance to get back to me yet but I just wanted to update you.  Baby has been back in nest for 8 hours now and mum not kicked him out as yet.  Don't know if she is nursing but fingers crossed!  We check regularly to see where he is and are hoping that if he's still in the nest in the morning that he's been accepted back. Any advice on what to look out for would greatly improve his chance.

I think I answered you but I can't remember.  Just keep putting the baby back in.  The mom will feed it as long as it is in the box.  If it gets pulled out again just put it back in.  

One other thing you can do before putting it back in the box is to rub the mom's fur and then gently rub the baby.  This will help put her scent back on the baby.
