Dear dana,
. i need ur advice about my bunny..my bunnybis 3 and half years..since he was 1 and half years he used to sneeze and got runny nose until 2012 oct i found out he had teeth problems.. and it was true his molar teeth grew unwell..i found one vet that dare to pull out his teeth but with no experience in this field before in dec 2012.. problem solve he stopped to sneeze and no more runny nose.. but now raise another problem which the cheek where the teeth has been pulled out got swell after surgery.. until now it is getting bigger and bigger and spread to the chin.. i have console with my vet.. she said it used be like that after surgery but until today sometimes he got eyes wet and chin wet..but until today he got worse.. my vet said it is abcsess but i am not sure of it..coz it is as hard as bone the swell..n he always grind his teeth..he doesn' t feel confortable with his mouth.. yesterday i ask my vetbto xray again..she said it was abcsess.. may u help to explain what is it? I live in the country which no any vet know much about bunny..here i attch the pic of xray

Dear Yoona,

This is most likely a dental abscess.  If removing the offending tooth/teeth does not help, then ask the vet about putting bun on *subcutaneous* injections of dual-acting Penicillin G Procaine/Benzathine, which often can really help for abscesses like this.
