i have a four week old kit that is off her food and is very subdued what could be wrong

First did you take her off food or did she go off on her own? When there this little its very hard to tell what's going on and the mortality rate is very high at this age at no fault of anyone. It usually happens when the kits start to go from mothers milk to pellets there tummies just cant handle it. What kind of feed are you using? It could be that alone. I recommend Mana Pro Gro or OxBow Bunny Basics 15/23 it is made for young rabbits. You can try to force feed it kittens milk (supplement), water, or 1/2 pedalyte to 1/2 water but at this age its so hard and can sometimes make things worse.
