Mom is not doing well

Ok 6 days ago our pig gave birth to 2 babies and they passed away (smothered)1 day after that 2 more babies same thing. She is NOT the same she doesn't eat drink or in fact move. She is panting in a way. I think the after birth is stuck.  There is dried blood under her, but there is what looks like to be a clot that is what i an calling her after birth. I think it is killing her! What do I do to help her?

The best thing to do would be take her to a vet immediately to get a shot of oxytocin, which will help stimulate labor again to get any after birth out. Also replace her water with unflavored pedialyte (force feed it to her), and try placing her in a sink of warm water, this may help her deliver anything left. If you are not afraid of blood you can also try to help coax the clot out with your finger while she is in a sink of warm water. The clot or whatever is inside of her is killing her, she will also most likely need antibiotics after she is treated. Let me know if you have any more questions.
