males and aggressive behaviour

Question
We took in 2 male pigs in May. Several times over the last few weeks one (who has always seemed more dominant) has been increasingly more aggressive toward the other one, chasing, threatening, 'biting'(no blood) and 'humping'.
This can sometimes go on all night....any suggestions?
Thanks!

Answer
Hi EJK

This is totally normal behaviour between two males while they decide which pig is going to be the boss.

You just need to keep your eye on the situation and if you notice any teeth chattering, get ready, as this can be the prelude to a proper fight. However, what you describe is not neccesarily worrying.
