Very Young Pregnant Piggy

We purchased our piggy about 3 weeks ago from a pet store.  We were told she was just old enough to be sold (about 8 weeks).  Yesterday morning, we noticed blood on some of the shavings in her cage.  After bringing her back to the pet store, we discover that she is pregnant.  At least 2 babies the manager thought.  So, she's been with us for about 25 days or so, and the manager thought another 3 or 4 weeks before birth.  Is bleeding normal, or is this a bad sign?  There was not a lot of blood, just a bit of red blood.  Also, is she too young babies?

I'm not an expert on pregnancy, but I'd say that 8 weeks is far too young to be pregnant.

Regarding the blood, I doubt a small amount of bloodloss will harm your pig, but I am concerned about her being pregnant so young.
