what should i do with my guinea pig

"My guinea pig has a dangiling bump that is big at the bottom of her stomach and it is scabed and we went to the vet and they said with small animals it is to hard to tell and I've been looking around trying to find information about it but I couldn't and I was hoping you had an idea please e-mail me back ASAP.

I would recommend you get a different vet.  Preferably one with small animal experience and that specialises in rodents.  From the description you've given, the problem could be any number of things -- and none of them are all too good for the animal.  Find a new vet asap and take your guinea pig there.
