HELP! something wrong?

look, a couple of days ago i noticed that my guinea pigs' nipples looked kinda
gross and crusty. they are sisters and long haired. should i be worried and
should i call the vet?

Guinea Pigs with long hair tend to get really dirty on their undersides, try taking a damp wash cloth and clean them up. Then call the vet and get them both looked at. With them being clean on their undersides it'll be easier to see if something is wrong and give you an idea if it was just dirt and such or if it could be something else.

Warm damp wash cloth should help clean then up and then for sure call the vet to have then looked at as they could have cysts or something else.
