Thanks for those details.
The first thing to say is that a guinea pig will not bite out of aggression but rather out of either fear or surprise. It has however been known for a pig to bite if she thinks her food supply is in danger.
Try not to touch her when she is faced away from you. I would be surprised if she bites you when she sees your hand approaching her.
Also, experiment removing the salt lick to see if this makes a difference.
