Question
at what age do you breed your guinea pigs? and do thay normally suvive? thank you 4 the help

Answer
Hello Amy,

It is safest to breed GP FEMALES at about 18 months old. There is a small chance that the female and/or young will not survive though this is comparable to a human's risk.

Breeding females older than 3 years is not advisable.

Thanks,
Ryan
