Problem Walking

Question
I have a pig dont know age but she has problems walking and even standing on her 2 back legs and even her front left leg. I have taken her to the vet because she was not eating and she could not get to the food . The vet had know idear . I am now hand feeding her to keep up her strenght . Can you please HELP .

It sounds like a vitamin C deficiency. Please find a different vet. You need an exotics vet that deals with small animals like rats, cavies, hamsters ect. Your cavy needs at least 1 cup of fresh vegetables high in vitamin C every day. Your vet should give vitamin C injections and also prescribe critical care.
