hiya brittany my male guinea pig  has a lump on top of his penis i noticed it only an hour ago and its a really big red lump that looks like a blood clot it looks soft and goeiy and my guinea pig hasnt been eatin as much and cant walk properly and cant control his bladder he has not been his usual self and not talking as much, the lumb has a smell to it . thank you sam

He most likely has something stuck in that area, like bedding or hay that has lodged into the penis creating an infection. He will need whatever is stuck in that area removed and he will need antibiotics to treat the infection, so there is not much you can do other than take him to a vet. Until he can get to a vet though you can clean the area off with some antibacterial soap and a wet washcloth, this will help keep the infection from getting any worse. The other possibility is that it could be a small stone stuck in the penis or it could be a small cyst that has gotten infected, it is more common though to just have something stuck in the penis though than cyst or stones.
