is my guinea pig going crazy?

i recently bought a guinea and then days after buying it moved away to college, bringing him with me.  he seemed to be fine the first few nihts i had him at my parents home, but now since the 2 hour car ride move hes been acting a little weird.  i know nothing about the animals and im really tryingto learn cause i love him dearly.  he lives in a large glass aquarium and recently started running around it veryfast and squeeling really loud.... is he scared? the first night i brought him home he would sit on my lap almost very calmly but now when i hold him he squeals and wont sit.    he also has a habbit of stretching his neck out and looking up as highas he can... hes not choking or something is he?  im so scared that im not going to be a good owner.. i really dont want him to be scared or hurt.. could you help me please?

First  DON'T keep him in a glass case. Second He dosent have a habbit of streching his neck , he is smelling the air for trouble. And when u first got him he sat cause he was really scard. They "Freeze" when they are scard.
 Now he feels more comfortable with u. Don't worry about him running around his cage hes just looking for attention , or more food , even though he has food still in his bowl!

Heres a tip:

 GET guinea pig books and READ them!!!
