my pig will not drink

  We live in Tucson AZ so weather is hot and Billie eats alot of lettuce and watermellon.

It is very unusual for a piggy not to drink. If you are ever concerned about your pets health you need to consult a vet.

However, do you give your Billie lots of veggies, as it is possible that a lot of liquid is being obtained from that. Also, what is the weather like where you are.

That makes sense. Lettuce and watermelon both have high water contents so Billie is getting a lot of moisture from this. You should cut down on the amount you give of watery foods like this anyways, because they have little nutritional content. Try giving more vitamin-rich foods such as carrots, apples etc.
