Guinea pig inbred?

Alright, what happened was my boyfriends guinea pig was preguant and she had 3 beautiful babies. 2 girls and 1 boy, when we got them sexed at the vet he told us 3 girls. So we thought they were fine and didnt seperate at 3 weeks. Well my Guinea pig now shows signs of pregnacy. Will my babies be inbred or have bad traits?

Inbreeding is never good but I really dont know what might be the result as I have never bred myself.

I am shocked your vet couldnt sex the pigs properly. It might be a good idea to find a vet that knows about small animals because sexing piggies is really easy.
