Pig is dying!

Our male guinea pig is laying on his stomach with his legs spread out and looks as if he had hiccups. He isn't making a sound and looks like he can't stand. Is he really dying? What can I do?

You need to get your guy to see an exotic vet ASAP. He could be having a heart attack and needs to see a vet, or get could be sick either way your going to need to get him to the vet.
