Guinea Pig Spine Paralysis?

My grandson dropped our small guinea pig a few hrs ago. She started dragging one foot and then the other. It appears she is paralzed now. I read where someone kept theirs for 6 yrs this way. Do you know if this is possible? Working with paralyzed patients before I know bowel and bladder problems go along with paralisis. Please tell me if there is a way we can keep her healthy even with this. Thank you so much for your help.

You could try physiotherapy for her but if she seems in a lot of pain then the best thing would be to stop her misery. Call your local vet for advice. Sorry I couldn't be more help. To help her bones grow healthier feed lots of vitamin c.
