Answer Hi
This usually happens quite soon before a female gives birth to help her to deliver the babies.

Well I have noticed that her back side has been widening, she is getting abit fatter, but does not look pregnant. she is eating more and she is hopping around more than walking around. Could these be signs of pregnancy. If so when will she have the birth and when should i separate the male from her? Also if i take out the male I will have to put another female with the female and put the 2 boys together in a separate hutch. Will this be alright? The boys have been together before I got the females for 5 months, they were not fighting.
please reply soon because as you said she might be giving birth soon!

ANSWER: Hi
I cant tell you exactly when but if she is pregnant and her pelvis is widening then it will probably be within the next 24 hours.
You should remove the male anytime now but before you put him with another male you should bath him so he doesnt have a female's scent on him as this would cause fighting.

QUESTION: I moved the males in with each other after i bathed them but they were chasing each other and chattering thier teeth. They have settled down abit now though. And is it possible for a guineapig to be in it's late stages of pregnancy but not look that prenant, becuase it has been in with a male for 2 months and they have been mating, and have noticed that her backside is becoming abnormally large, but not her stomach. What dose this mean???

AnswerHi
I hope I am on time. You didnt say what country you were in plus I cant guarantee when i answer questions as it depends when I log on.
The size of the female depends on how many babies she is having so if there is only one baby she wont look too big.
