Ear growth

I just found a skin-colored, round, firm growth in the pig's ear. any ideas?

Well first let me ask you something hun, next time to make my job easier, and to get you the best pet care I can offer.

I checked my own guinea pigs and Gypsy has a lump on her ear like that to. That was about a cm wide and 5 mm long. Shadow has one on her ear to, 7mm by 5mm approximately in size. I can say that Rhinestone and Cappuccino, god rest there souls, probably had lumps on there ears as well. They did not squeak when touched and I would say these are normal. If you really are concerned then try asking your vet if its important enough to get checked out over the phone.
