Question
I recently bought a male hamster. My little sister likes it so much that she wants one as well. Is it safe too have two male hamsters in a cage. It's rather large and has more rooms, but I heard that they would kill eachother, and I also heard that they would be fine. Please tell me witch it is.

Answer
hello, I would not put two male hamsters together. Dwarf hamsters are generally the ones that people keep together, but if your hamster isn't a dwarf hamster I would not put any hamster with your other one. Hamsters are solitary animals and they prefer to be by themselves. So it's best to just have your little sister get another cage just for her cute hammie :-).
